Medicare Advantage PPO plans must be reviewed with our office before scheduling. These are primary insurance plans, not Medicare supplemental plans, and may have more restrictive coverage and payment requirements.
Important: PSUMG does not accept HMO plans, including plans with a Point-of-Service option.
